As a family we are truly grateful for how you moulded all our conversations about Mum and brought our feelings and experiences to life during the service with kindness and understanding. You talked as if you knew her in such a positive and respectful way we delighted in listening to your tributes, thoughts and indeed prayers.

You portrayed him perfectly and the help and effort you put in is just wonderful. You made it the send off for him he deserved. Also lots of people commented on the poem. Well done with that one 🙂

I just wanted to say a really big thank you for everything you have done to help us to plan and execute my dad's funeral yesterday. You have been so kind, thoughtful, helpful and respectful, with a bit of humour thrown in. We couldn't be more pleased with how everything went. You did a masterful job yesterday and we received many compliments about what you said and how it was delivered - it was really excellent. Having been at my aunt's funeral last Friday, where the celebrant was more like a flight attendant reading off a script and pointing us to the exit doors, your delivery was in a different league. We are very grateful - thank you so much.

We were very happy to have had you help us take our father out in style, if one can say so. Your calm manner and considered tone, with the right gusto for the memory of the Tottenham goal brought a smile to us all.
This is somewhat new ground for us both and we feel at least thay we altogether gave the old boy a proper send off, and for your substantial part in that we are eternally grateful.
